Rap music and hip hop culture are the chosen genre of pop culture for todays youth generation, and influences the way we talk, dress, act, behave, think, eat and generally experience life.

The hiphop monster has spread its tentacles all over the globe and affects the worlds of business, politics, spoken word, religion, hyper masculinity and is even taught in some the education syllabus alongside Shakespeare!

In HIP HOP LIFE LESSONS we have exclusive interviews with rapper Wretch 32, George the Poet, founder of the HipHop Shakespeare Company Akala, music journalist Hattie Collins, rapper Ty, hip hop activate Lee Pinkerton, former UK rap act Cookie (Cookie Crew) and more, covering topics from sexuality to religion.

London360.
London360 is a half-hour regular TV and online magazine show (SKY 539), that champions local untold stories, London's hidden quirky communities, compelling community-based campaigns and entertainment, while providing an alternative viewpoint on the capital’s news agenda fro a youth perspective.

The show also airs on London’s local TV channel – London live (Freeview 8, sky 117).

London360 is created by a team of diverse young Londoners aged 18-25 who are trained by media industry mentors in researching, presenting, filming, editing and compliance in order to produce their own show for London about London.

A network of 100 ‘stringers’ across the capital supports our reporters by feeding in vlog stories from their communities. These vlogs , which a give a voice to previously unheard voices, appear on SKY News, London Live (London Local) and Community Channel.

Executive Producer Jasmine Dotiwala - previously senior management at MTV News International and MTV Base UK - oversees the production of each episode.

The content is uniquely produced through the gaze of our diverse in-house reporters, who are all passionate about the area they live in and unearth stories relevant to audiences across the capital.

Former London360 reporters have gone on to work at major media companies and production houses such as BBC, Sky, London Live and MTV.
